RNN delivered a social media audit and a practical Social Media Masterclass for the specialist travel consultants in Oasis Travel, helping the team better understand how social media can support brand consistency, customer engagement and business growth.
Oasis Travel wanted to review how its social channels were performing across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, while giving its travel advisors more confidence in creating content and using social media effectively.
The brief was to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities across the brand's organic social activity, covering content, engagement, audience, consistency and platform performance and to provide clear, actionable insights that could help Oasis Travel strengthen its social presence over the following quarter.

RNN carried out a social media audit across Oasis Travel's key channels and developed a tailored Social Media Masterclass for the wider Oasis family.
The session explored the changing role of social media, how customers use platforms for discovery and decision-making, and why a social-first approach matters for travel brands. It also reviewed Oasis Travel's current activity, brand consistency, profile imagery, bios, links, post types, engagement trends and posting frequency and identified clear opportunities for improvement.
The masterclass encouraged open discussion with the team, exploring what was working, what wasn't, who was creating content, and how each branch could play a stronger role in telling the Oasis Travel story.

The audit and Social Media Masterclass gave Oasis Travel a clearer understanding of its social media performance and practical steps to improve it.
Key opportunities included strengthening brand consistency across branch accounts, improving accessibility, diversifying content, and moving beyond promotional posts to embrace more storytelling, customer content and destination inspiration.
The session also aligned the travel advisors around a shared approach to social media, giving staff greater confidence and clarity on how their content can support the wider Oasis Travel brand.
