Congratulations, Jill McLernon
We're absolutely delighted to announce that Jill McLernon has been promoted to Client Director at RNN Communications.
Jill and Riki have worked side by side for more than 11 years, and if there's one thing that time has made clear, it's that Jill's promotion is well deserved. Over the years, Jill has managed multiple accounts across multiple sectors, and makes it look effortless. She’s curious, willing to get stuck in, is the first to head off to an event – be that in Belfast or Berlin or further afield – and has a ‘can do’ attitude which turns client problems into solutions.

Beyond the day job, Jill has spent six years on the CIPR Northern Ireland Committee and has helped organise the Young Leaders Conference since 2022 - time and effort she gives freely, because she genuinely believes in bringing the next generation of communicators up alongside her.
Jill will still be directing her current clients but will also now be responsible for all client work across the business, ensuring our work delivers real value to all clients of RNN.
