(yes, that’s right…be paid for five days but work for four at RNN)

Digital PR Executive:

We are looking for a socially savvy PR Exe to join RNN. We’re searching for someone who knows how to be seriously creative, engage with communities and who loves BIG ideas.

Ideally, you’ll have 2/3 years’ experience, having managed social accounts either in-house or for an agency previously. If you’ve got experience in SEO and / or PPC – even better. Let us know!

You’ll become part of an ambitious and growing agency that’s a little left of centre. We love what we do, we love our culture and we can’t wait to meet you 😊. We work hard for our clients, love the cut and thrust of PR & Comms but we love our lives too…that’s why we work four days per week, but get paid for five.

If the below sounds like you, we can’t wait to hear more:

  • You have 2 /3 years’ experience in delivering social campaigns – either in-house or in an agency environment with experience in Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (please do shout about it if you’ve experience in You Tube, Pinterest, Tik Tok, others)
  • You have a second level qualification and/or degree in PR, social media or marketing related discipline
  • You have experience of adopting brands’ tone of voice, community management and content creation
  • You’re slick on reporting, understand scheduling and measurement.
  • You’re familiar with content creation skills and platforms
  • You have managed social media advertising campaigns, and have an excellent grasp of budgets
  • You love a challenge and want to grow with RNN
  • You appreciate living a more colourful life, delivering epic campaigns and have an appreciation of the unconventional
  • You’re curious and want to learn, grow and develop

Responsibilities:

  • Execution and administration on client accounts - NI, Ireland and in Europe
  • Creation of content and storytelling for the RNN Comms’ social accounts
  • Working alongside Consultants to create social media strategy for clients
  • Creation of content and scheduling
  • Community management and monitoring of accounts
  • Running social media advertising campaigns
  • Creating detailed measurement reports
  • Being mindful of the wider environment and horizon scanning
  • Research, including audience and data
  • Writing content including press releases, blog posts, social articles
  • Outreach to press both online and offline
  • Creating media strategies
  • Working on new business and pitches
  • Willingness to travel for work and work on weekends and outside normal office hours if required
  • Possess a full current driving licence and access to a car

Desirable:

  • Additional skills in SEO / PPC
  • Knowledge of the wider social platforms e.g. Tik Tok
  • Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of the online world – both in Northern Ireland and Ireland
  • Member of a relevant professional body, (e.g. CIPR, PRCA or equivalent)

PR & Comms Manager:

We will soon be looking for an experienced PR & Comms Consultant who is experienced in managing client accounts or someone who’s ready for a new challenge. Ideally, you’ve agency experience of approx 4-6 years and have experience of managing multiple accounts, in various sectors, working across a broad suite of PR campaigns.

You’re self-motivated and bring a well-honed skillset. You are curious, interested in local and international issues, you love ideas and think on your feet. You already have PR experience but are on top of the latest social platforms and understand how to make good online campaigns become EPIC.

You have some experience of managing team members and are well versed in managing suppliers, and working in collaboration with others to create impactful client campaigns.

Additional skills are always welcome. So do let us know if you’ve experience in SEO / PPC / digital PR. We’re kind of a little left of centre, so if you don’t quite fit the bill, we’re always interested in hearing from people with the right attitude so drop us a line.

And yes, we can ‘give you five’. We’re effective, productive and work smart in four days, but get paid for five. We’re flexible…so the odd day, this changes but in the most part, you get 20% of your working life back to do as you please!
